The Momentum is Real at Firefly Park and It’s Rising

Momentum is building at Firefly Park - literally. With five cornerstone projects moving vertically by year’s end, Firefly Park is transforming from concept to concrete - becoming a defining destination in Frisco’s next chapter of growth. From multifamily and retail to hospitality and event space, every project brings opportunity to the forefront.

Here’s a look at the tentative vertical construction timeline for 2025:


The Noc (Mid-Rise Apartments) - August 2025

By late summer, vertical construction begins on The Noc, a five-story multifamily building offering 187 thoughtfully designed units. Scheduled to deliver in 2027, The Noc will feature a resident fitness center, pool, lounge with golf simulators, bike storage, dog washing stations and conference spaces - all just steps from Firefly Park’s scenic trails and green space.

Chapel - September 2025

Construction on Firefly’s intimate event venue begins this September. Nestled beside the park’s central water feature, the 5,000 SF chapel will host weddings and private events in a beautifully designed setting. Expect soaring windows, stunning views, and seamless integration into the natural landscape.

Retail - November 2025

Coming Q4 2025: 120,000 RSF of vibrant, park-side retail. Located along the waterfront promenade, retail will be activated by destination dining, curated shopping, and high foot traffic from nearby residents, office users, and Dream Hotel guests.

Aurora (High-Rise Multifamily) - November 2025

Also starting in November, Aurora will rise 18 stories above the park offering 233 spacious units, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments along with exclusive penthouses. The tower will deliver sweeping views and refined interiors, catering to residents who desire an upscale, urban-inspired lifestyle.

Aurora will offer the same amenities as The Noc, with the added luxury of a clubroom with a bar - an elegant space designed for entertaining and socializing.

 Dream Hotel + Office - January 2026

While just outside the 2025 construction window, it’s worth noting that the Dream Hotel and Firefly Park’s 150,000 SF of Class A office space are on track to break ground in early 2026. With shared amenities, direct access to green space, and iconic architecture, this pairing will anchor the live-work-play environment at the heart of the district.
