Phase One of the 217-Acre Firefly Park in Frisco to Launch in 2027.
FRISCO, TX,–Wilks Development has selected Texas-based brokerage firms, Transwestern Real Estate Services, and Kobalt Investment Co. to oversee leasing for the highly anticipated Firefly Park. This 217-acre mixed-use development includes 159 acres owned by Wilks Development and 59acres owned by the Frisco Economic Development Corporation (EDC).
Horizontal construction is already underway for Phase One of Firefly Park, strategically located at the intersection of US 380 and Dallas North Tollway along PGA Parkway. Phase One will introduce 460,000 square feet of premier commercial space, including120,000 square feet of upscale retail and dining, managed by Kobalt InvestmentCo., and 150,000 square feet of Class A office space, managed by Transwestern.

Central to the development will be a 45-acre signature park with a series of lakes, an immersive outdoor art walk, miles of hiking and biking trails, scenic fountains, and family-friendly playgrounds. The park will also feature an event lawn, amphitheater, and a unique wedding chapel, offering year-round programming and activation.
