October Progress

October Progress & Updates

Horizontal Development Updates

We’re collaborating closely with the city to navigate the approval process for key elements like paving, parallel parking, and light poles, among others.

In the park area, efforts continue, and we’re working hand-in-hand with Sinacola on important tasks such as de-mucking and reshaping the ponds. These steps are critical as we prepare to begin construction on the creek crossing for the bridge!

Several storm lines have already been completed, with a few more still in progress.

Chapel

We recently completed the design of our 5,000 SF Chapel and private event venue. Nestled right alongside the 45-acre park, the chapel features stunning waterfront views, and large windows to evoke openness and gorgeous natural lighting. This event venue will be home to weddings, special events and so much more. We are on target to being construction in Q1/Q2.

Leasing

We’re leasing!

As you recently heard we have partnered with Transwestern Real Estate Services & Kobalt Investment Co to oversee leasing for our Office & Retail spaces. “Wilks Development CEO, Kyle Wilks said “A transformative project like Firefly Park demands the best, and we’ve found that in Transwestern and Kobalt. From the outset, they embraced our vision and shared our commitment to bringing something extraordinary to the city of Frisco.”

Firefly Park is not just a place, but an experience. Our retail, F&B, and office spaces connect people, nature, and entertainment in a way that redefines mixed-use developments.

We are leasing 133,000SF of Class A Office with hospitality-style amenities and 120,000 SF of parkside and mixed-use retail.
